Responsible Gambling
We encourage responsible gambling practices and recommend that you do not gamble more than you can afford to lose. You are free to self-exclude from our gaming facilities at any time by contacting us. Our staff is trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and may intervene in such cases.

Gaming Limits

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us regarding your use of Manchester235. Any previous agreements or understandings are hereby superseded by this document.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject only to ensuring that we continue to meet our obligations under relevant laws and regulations. Your continued use of Manchester235 after such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
By providing your personal data (or permitting others to provide it on your behalf), you agree that we may store, process or disclose this information as necessary for our legitimate business purposes, subject always to applicable laws and regulations regarding data protection.
Default or Failure to Pay
In the event of any failure by us to meet any obligations under these Terms and Conditions, all deposits made to date shall become immediately due for payment in full. On default or bankruptcy of a customer, we reserve the right to retain their assets as collateral against such amounts owed to Manchester235.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations arising from circumstances beyond our control including (without limitation) war, strikes, terrorism and major public health crises.
Entire Agreement and Binding Effect
The Agreement between you and us is governed by English law and subject only to the laws of England and Wales in respect of disputes arising herefrom which will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with rules of the International Chamber of Commerce or as otherwise mutually agreed upon.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Your continued use of Manchester235, including registration for membership, betting, gaming or other purposes implies your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, even if you have not read them previously. By using our Venue, you agree that any rights under the applicable laws may be limited to those specified in this Agreement.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Agreement is made under English law which governs its construction, validity and performance. Any disputes arising herefrom will be resolved through binding arbitration by a single arbitrator selected as provided for herein or otherwise mutually agreed upon at the time of dispute. The place of arbitration shall be in Manchester.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that may arise between you and us regarding these Terms and Conditions, including our breach thereof, are subject to final determination through binding arbitration under English law, without regard to jurisdictional constraints or limitations imposed by such law.
Choice of Language and Notice
These Terms and Conditions shall be written exclusively in the English language and constitute your sole contract with Manchester235 for gaming services provided. Any changes or modifications thereto must be communicated to us prior to acceptance by any registered customer of this Agreement, which shall otherwise remain binding upon you as indicated above.
Entire Agreement and Modifications
This entire agreement constitutes our official Terms and Conditions that supersede all other communications between Manchester235 and its customers including correspondence or otherwise.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Venue's facilities and services or participating in any of their activities (whether directly at the premises, on a remote basis or by other means), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are final as provided herein. If there is an inconsistency between this Agreement and the terms displayed during gaming session(s) used on computerized systems or otherwise in place for use with each electronic gaming terminal then those latter terms shall prevail.
